- Know What Is in the Pipeline: Cross-check the project schedule to know about the upcoming tasks. If you need to acquire resources and get infrastructure, you should start doing that now.
- Prioritize Dependencies: If your project is dependent on external help, touch base with the departments to avoid rushing at the eleventh hour. - Check Your Communication Channels: To keep the project on the track you need to communicate effectively. Always maintain and supervise these channels to prevent project scope creep.
- Be Prepared to Report in Short Notice: Sponsors or stakeholders might want to check up on the project status sometimes. Ensure you have the requisite data to create progress reports when they ask the status.
