管理多個老闆的專家建議

為滿足多個老闆而常遇到的三個挑戰,有工作負荷過重、老闆之間相互矛盾的指令以及如何平攤您的忠誠度。幸運的是,Gallo給出了建議。首先,知道您的主要老闆是誰,誰將填寫您的考核並直接影響您的工作前景,然後您就可以首先安撫這個人。其次,積極對待您的工作負荷,嘗試協調老闆們之間的工作安排,同時彷彿漫不經心地告訴他們在這段時間內您的工作任務有多少。如有可能,將您的老闆們集中到一間屋子,與每個人討論他們的需求,這樣您就不需要總是不停轉達其他人的需求。

除此之外,對您自己允許被打斷的時間和頻率設置一個界限,這樣您的工作就不會總是被老闆們不停打擾。通常來說,當一個老闆增加更多的工作給您的時候,並不是出於惡意,因此不要視為私人恩怨。
