To work together, you need a platform to share internal as well as external data. Set up collaboration tools, create standards, and establish performance KPIs and progress tracking platforms. Provide constructive but positive feedback while asking recommendations to develop your skills. These are means to assist your communication, but you and your team need to improve team interactions proactively.
Help Migrate to Remote Setup
Your employees are puzzled that they must handle so many digital platforms overnight. Help them be at ease with the sudden demands for multiple virtual meetings. Train them to use digital tools comfortably. These applications should make them more productive. If not, sit down and discuss the issues to solve them together.
To understand how comfortable your team is with the new protocols and tools, conduct a survey. Ask for their suggestions. If anyone has better solutions and want to suggest a better tool, encourage them to come forward. You can gauge the stress level in the team through these anonymous feedback studies and frequent team interactions.
