China’s leading robotic company Unitree launches a less expensive quadruped robot A1. In this video at CNET, Andy Altman defines its unique features and technical efficiencies. The company has also launched one more quadruped bot last year with a high price of $45,000. The A1 is cheaper than its by-product, available at $10, 000. The A1 weighs at just 26 pounds and has a swift speed of 3.3 meters per second. The bot can carry about 11 pounds of weight and uses two depth-sensing cameras to identify different terrains.
