Tradeweb IPO: Learning For the Companies Going Public

Tradeweb Markets, a securities exchange operator that runs electronic markets in bonds, ETFs, and derivatives, held its initial public offering (IPO) recently, raising over $1 billion.  In this video at Business Insider, Billy Hult, President of Tradeweb talks about the IPO process, what is next for Tradeweb and the evolution of the fixed income markets. Hult explains, “The recognition and the brand of the company will change. It is obviously going to give us recognition in the market and allow us to look at interesting yet positive things for the company.” Founded in 1996, Tradeweb constructs and operates electronic markets for a range of financial asset classes.
