Stress makes your heart pound, breathing fast, and forehead sweat. It is not good for your mental and physical health to take much stress. In this video at Ted Talks, Kelly McGonigal explains with stress becoming the biggest enemy of people, new research suggests that stress may only be bad for you if you believe that to be the case. She urges you to see stress as a positive development in your mind and body while introducing it as an unsung mechanism for stress reduction, reaching out to others. She also suggests that people who experience a lot of stress but did not view it as harmful are no more likely to die at an early age.
