IT is the hub of a wheel, but communication is the coordinating center.
  3. Downward Communication: This one is the key element of leadership in addition to the other essentials like vision, delegated tasks, and performance measurement. Listening to the staff and considering their thoughts, suggestions, and feedbacks are the key ingredients to boost employee morale, reduce attrition, and productivity. It ensures people that they are being heard.
