You’re Looking in the Wrong Place for Job Candidates

In an article for Inc., Abigail Tracy acknowledges that, yes, job candidates are looking for jobs on LinkedIn. However, a lot of people are also looking for jobs on Facebook and Google+. Thus, you may want to reorient your recruiting efforts to keep the (otherwise completely forgotten) platform in mind.

And you will likely want to amplify your recruiting efforts on Facebook too. Facebook experienced the best conversion rate of people applying for jobs—nearly half of people who saw jobs subsequently applied for them.
