The first tip is to start by growing yourself; if you want to lead and pass down wisdom, then you first have to make sure you have some wisdom to provide. The second tip is to always be taking action toward goals, to set the right example for what you expect from the team. Third, if you want to be a good leader, you need to be good at serving the people who follow you. Cater to them as best as you can. Fourth, where practical, start networking your team members with various higher-level staff to create new opportunities.
