Put Down the Tablet and Phone for Better Sleep

In an article for Forbes, David DiSalvio chastises you like a crotchety father to get those digital devices out of the bedroom. But he has a good reason for it; all the blue light they emit is keeping you awake. Also known as short-wavelength enriched light, blue light has been proven to keep you awake longer. Who knows, maybe it might be a good thing to start your day plopped in front of a digital device. But at night, if you want to read, read a physical book or a low-light Kindle, not a tablet.
