About 47 percent of millennials have volunteered through the workplace in the past month, and more than half of millennials factor work volunteering options into their job-taking decisions. Contact a nonprofit early, be open to non-traditional volunteer experiences, offer funding to support a program, keep your pledges, and engage with employees.
