Make a list of priorities for work and realistically assign what you can get done in a given day. Work in 60-90 minute blocks and then take a breather to reset your focus. Schedule a few planned distractions for yourself too as a reward mechanism to keep you going. Practice not being distracted by doing exactly one thing at a time, such as only eating at lunchtime. Take note of and mitigate situations where you usually find yourself wandering off. Sever phone and email contact if necessary, maybe keeping an emergency channel open.
