6 Perils of Project Management

Remember that overloading yourself won’t help anyone, and the project will end up suffering. Ask coworkers for help, get advice, and find the right balance between flexibility and sticking to the plan. There are perils to face on the path to project management, but they don’t have to mean the end of the road.
