Ever Have These Communication Problems?

But bad communication doesn’t just happen (though it might seem to), it’s a mix of both the communicator and the listener making mistakes: the communicator can make mistakes by choosing the wrong way to communicate or by being too vague, while the listener can make mistakes by not seeking clarification or not properly reviewing the information that was shared.
