Expecting to Renew Your Strategy

As Lew Sauder notes in a post at Consulting 101, industries and disciplines are subject to occasional reimagingings—some of them by choice, others dictated. With teaching as an example, teachers may be eager to try out new teaching techniques, but not thrilled to have to teach to Common Core. As a consultant, you should be looking to renew your techniques by choice, and you should also be prepared to face new changes imposed upon you, especially those created by changes in the law. It requires a robust mind and an enthusiasm to keep learning in order to stay viable as a consultant.
