Yes, honest-to-God Google+! Yet the same study that has revealed these findings has also found that less than one percent of businesses are using Google+ for recruiting (not surprising). Thus, you may want to reorient your recruiting efforts to keep the (otherwise completely forgotten) platform in mind.
And you will likely want to amplify your recruiting efforts on Facebook too. Facebook experienced the best conversion rate of people applying for jobs—nearly half of people who saw jobs subsequently applied for them.
