If you find yourself generally lacking energy though, do things such as these: drink more water (the brain likes it), force yourself to sleep longer, and try to work some physical activity into your morning ritual. But when it comes to the task of actually doing the stressful work, do not underestimate the value of just getting a second opinion in order to inspire new ideas.
