Fundamentals on How to Be Liked at Work

Lucas Mollison shares a few brief fundamentals for winning over colleagues in a post for 9 o’clock. It goes like this: Be nice. Listen to coworkers and make the effort to ask them how they are doing. Keep up your fair share of the workload and do not offload it onto others whenever possible. On that same note, do offer to help your colleagues if you can tell they are struggling. Do not do smarmy things like sucking up to the boss or being openly rude to people with whom you disagree on things. This stuff is not that complicated.
