Making a Good Impression at the New Job

An article at America’s Job Exchange breaks down some simple steps for making the right impression on your new coworkers. A positive attitude is the foundation for all of it. Beyond that, be attentive to what people are saying, and of course mind your manners and keep language work-appropriate. Try to get a pulse on the company’s formal and informal policies, the general likes and dislikes, and play along with them. Follow the dress code but otherwise try to be true to what represents you.
