Second, ensure everyone participates in discussions, which could be as simple as going around the table and giving everyone a turn to speak. Third, never assume everybody knows what you do, as incomplete knowledge of a task is an unintended top driver of failure. Fourth, get more analytical about analyzing problems together and measuring the potential of competing solutions. Lastly, remember that failure is a learning opportunity, if nothing else.
