Oodles of Resume Tips to Get You Hired

Erin Greenawald compiles a big pile of tips to get you started on building a better resume in an article for The Muse. One of them is to keep a “master resume” somewhere that contains the sum of job information you have, even if it will not go in any one resume, so that you have that resource as a backbone. If you have all the vitals on your resume but you think there are still some other applicable items you wish you could include, then include a link to a personal website on the resume that has that further information. All the same, understand that whether your resume gets noticed could come down to a recruiter giving it a quick skim, so make sure that the critical information stands out.
