4 Key Qualities Every Employer Should Look for in Job Candidates

In a short article for Business Insider, Vivian Giang shares four fundamental traits you should hope to find in any job candidate. The first is ambition, because you want to work with people who are as fervent in their job as you. The related second quality is initiative, the ability to create workflows oneself without constant supervision. Third is commitment, in that initiative does not mean much if the person is always giving up halfway into the task. The last quality is personality, or to get more specific, the ability to come across as not a robot and to display a little spunk.
