Quick Tips for Involving Children in the Family Business

Your kids are curious about the family business, and you are eager to share it with them. Steve James writes with a few quick tips to keep things fair for everyone involved. First, ensure your kids that it is perfectly fine for them to pursue their own career paths outside of the family; you are not an ogre (probably). Second, introduce kids to the business in small steps, trying to get their feet wet in diverse areas of the business.
