Some Games for More Fun Team-Building

Planning team-building activities can be a chance to get really creative, as long as you do not go overboard. Emily Bonnie compiles a big list of games team can play together and even remotely.

Play Hard

For team bonding, there is basic office trivia, wherein you come up with trivia questions specific to your work environment, like, “What color are the break room tiles?” Another game is “Company Coat of Arms,” where you grab some paper and markers and draw a coat of arms that you think best represents the team or the company. For remote teams, you can play “Whose Office Is It Anyway?,” in which you share photos of home office spaces and guess to which team member each photo belongs.
