No matter how big your business becomes, if you never establish for yourself what success looks like, then your accomplishments will never satisfy you. Melanie Spring writes for Entrepreneur with some tips to frame that success.

First, take another look at your vision for the company, assuming you have formally written one before, and decide if it still aligns with what you would like to achieve. After that, set the vision aside and think about what success looks like more generally in your life. Think about how your life and business goals can conveniently and meaningfully intersect.
