10 Ways to Leverage Mobile Technology for Marketing

Well, okay, a mobile-friendly website and maybe an app do of course matter. Beyond that though, SMS/text alerts can be a great non-intrusive way to communicate messages or offer coupons. SMS polling, as seen on America’s Got Talent, can be used by businesses as a fast means of gathering data too. Make the best of rising mobile commerce by investigating near field communication (NFC) technology. On that same note, take advantage of location-based services (LBS) technology to let people “check in” at your business digitally, and make sure you have a strong mobile search presence using things like Google My Business.
