Building Rapport: The First Step to being a Great Leader

If you want your team to work its hardest to realize your vision, then you first need to know what motivates them as people. A post at the Lighthouse blog helps you make a connection. The most important thing you can do is assume “positive intent,” because you are less likely to get angry if team members mean well.
