How to Deal with Multiple Boss Madness

There are signs of when multiple bosses are tugging you in too many directions like Silly Putty. Lynn Taylor identifies these signs, followed by teaching you what to do about them. Some signs of “multiple boss madness” include in-fighting among management, having to please bosses who do not communicate with each other, and worrying about backlash for trying to resolve discrepancies between work assigned by bosses. To fix these problems, one thing you can do is develop a “roles and responsibilities” chart and get your bosses to buy in on it.
