How to Write a Killer Plan or Proposal

In an article for Forbes, August Turak relates one executive’s common refrain against poorly constructed proposals, “Don’t tell me how many bullets you’re going to shoot! How many bodies are you going to bring me?” A good proposal is all about body count. Smart leaders do not care about how many different strategies you want to employ. They just want to hear about results—PR wins, signed contracts, and actual revenue to be produced. You need to have the guts to make projections about what exact outcomes your business will create.
