Get More Done with Fewer Employees

Chris Taylor writes for Wired with how your teams might be too big. The bottom line is that technology is just taking care of a lot of things that it used to require more people to accomplish. Mark Zuckerberg, although referring to engineers, said that an exceptional employee is worth “100 times” that of an employee who is just pretty good. With this reasoning, Taylor believes teams should be built around and to accommodate superstars, and businesses need to be actively seeking and cultivating more superstar employees.
