Begin by admitting you have a “mojo dysfunction.” Realize that you yourself have to change, and be thinking about what you can do to better serve others. Whatever your cause turns out to be—go with it. Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses, and decide how you can use them to best create value. Create a solid platform for work, thinking of your resume as a collection of your amassed skills.
