8 Habits of a Well-Rested Person

Are you doing the best you can to be well-rested? Abigail Cardi writes an article with eight signs to make sure. For starters, you need to “de-stress” in advance of bedtime, because stress can wake you up in the middle of the night. Maintain a regular sleep schedule, and if you are in need of a change, adjust your bedtime incrementally for a smoother transition. Avoid using the Snooze button, because it just makes you feel worse in the long run. Make good use of naps, capping the short ones at 30 minutes.
