5 Supply Chain Predictions for 2015

What does the year have in store for supply chains? Steve Banker makes an educated guess over at Logistics Viewpoints, providing five predictions for us. First up, he predicts that a retailer will finally make good on the promise of effective distributed order management. Second, big players in oil will show Wall Street how they are implementing sales and operations planning to improve operations. Third, new robots will emerge in warehouses to fill the gap left by Kiva’s purchase by Amazon. Fourth, Industrial Internet of Things will improve and expand.
