5 Principles of Supply Chain Excellence

Susan Fourtané reports on the findings of a whitepaper by JDA Software, which identifies five major principles to supply chain excellence. The first one is to embrace “customer centricity,” which means getting to understand individual customer buying behaviors. Another one is to differentiate service through segmented supply chains. You also want to design for business agility, which might mean implementing a learning program for how to adapt to internal and external supply chain changes quickly.
