Millennials in the Work Place Want to Give Back, so Let Them!

About 47 percent of millennials have volunteered through the workplace in the past month, and more than half of millennials factor work volunteering options into their job-taking decisions. Stefanie Greenberg thinks you should go with the flow and embrace this behavior in your business. Take the steps to set up a mutually beneficial partnership with a nonprofit organization. Contact a nonprofit early, be open to non-traditional volunteer experiences, offer funding to support a program, keep your pledges, and engage with employees.
