General stress levels can be reduced through family-care programs. But more specific to the work environment, providing flexible work hours can demonstrate your trust in employees and make them feel better about working. As long as the work gets done well and on time, nothing else really matters. Likewise, encourage breaks, celebrate birthdays, and do any other sort of event that relieves the pressure of work.
