How to Build Confidence and Keep It

In order to become a business superstar, you have to believe you can be one. Amy Gallo writes for the Harvard Business Review about the steps to finding your inner star.

Assess your strengths and weaknesses, and strategize how to capitalize on and correct them respectively. Practice makes perfect, so wherever you have doubts, you just need to work through them until they diminish themselves. Know when to ask for help, but know when to strut your stuff too. It is a good idea to ask for feedback from people who you respect and will be honest with you. Lastly, take calculated risks. The minor stress that remains in these risks should be taken as a good thing, because it means you are still pushing yourself forward.
