Discipline Subordinates with Confidence at Work

Just because you do not enjoy doing something does not automatically give you a license to be bad at it. Reprimanding your subordinates falls into this category. Chelsea Edwards writes for Yahoo! Voices about how to drop the hammer with confidence. Begin by reviewing all the information to understand where the problem is coming from. Employees’ previous track history should be considered as well. Then you should decide upon a definitive mode of reprimand and have a witness be present when you pass it down.
