10 Tips for a Successful Conference Call

You do not want to be the person who everyone else dreads getting on the phone with, right? Courtnie Packer has ten ways to keep you on your colleagues’ good side during conference calls. Start by getting organized and be ready to go when the call starts, which means getting familiar with your conference call service too. Pick a secluded location, be punctual, and keep notes. Stick to the agenda, but encourage participation from everyone. Record the call if you can, both so you can review information and so you can share it with people who might have missed the call.
