3 Techniques for Perfecting Your Note-Taking

Keep notes simple, sticking to keywords and short sentences, phrasing things in your own words, and adjusting your style to fit the needs of both yourself and the speaker. Next, find a note-taking system that works for you (there are many out there to choose from, some of which are linked to in the article). Lastly, go easy on techniques that may be outdated, especially highlighting, because it might end up drawing your attention to highlighted text at the expense of everything around it.
