5 Tips for Training New Hires

Begin by being a tour guide, showing them essential locations on both a business and personal level. Have them meet the coworkers with whom they will be most interacting, pointing out a detail that they might have in common in order to help them better remember each other. Make sure they have some sort of lunch plans so that they do not end up alone and starved. Make the effort to go over some past documents and provide key resources from them that will help new hires adapt quicker.
