4 Things Your New Hire Training Is Missing

The best training produces the best work, and Ilya Pozin writes an article to fill in the gaps in your training process. Start by training for the specific types of people you hire. For instance, find out if the sort of employees you need train best individually or in groups. Then cross-train them to get their feet wet in multiple areas, which will increase the likelihood that they will take the initiative on future tasks. You also want to train on company concept, vision, and message, which when properly understood allows employees to work better autonomously.
