10 Ways to Promote Innovation at Your Workplace

Stress that you want to hear everyone’s ideas, and at least be respectful of even the most outlandish ones. Tolerate mistakes and reward the ideas that work. Schedule time for brainstorming to concoct new ideas together. Train staff in innovation techniques such as lateral thinking. Encourage change.
