He starts with the suggestion of inspiring leaders to express “passionate commitment” in helping their teams. Treating employees with dignity and respect produces a sense of pride and comfort, allowing for some of the best inspiration to develop. The article goes on, listing the importance of a bold and consistent vision, selling benefits behind ideas, and encouraging the use of stories to convey actionable points.

Other ways to inspire include being a “beacon of hope” for employees, encouraging employees, and inviting feedback across the company.
