How to Exercise While Sitting at Your Computer

Wikihow has some tips on how to get some exercise done even at your computer. You should begin with general good posture, which means keeping shoulders back and having the top of your monitor at eye level. Then there are several basic stretching exercises outlined in the article, as well as exercises that can be done with additional tools like an elastic band. When rebooting your computer or downloading a big file, take the initiative to do a few push-ups and sit-ups. And as a general rule, try to keep a water bottle handy to stay hydrated.
