9 Ways to Overcome the 3PM Slump

Stand up and move, or even better, try a standing desk. Listen to some bouncy music. Get some real green plants; they increase productivity 12 percent for some reason. Snack every couple hours. Watch your posture, because for “every inch your head tilts forward, the amount of weight your neck supports doubles.” Stay cool; warmer temperatures make you sluggish. Keep your lighting toward the wall and ceiling. If you can afford it, take a twenty minute nap. Finally, get a drink. Green tea is best. Here is the original article:
