Office Etiquette Fail: Things to Stop Doing Today

There are some basic things you just should not be doing at a desk, and yet people do them anyway. Janine Popick writes for Inc. about cutting it out, using colorful anecdotes in every case. A big thing to cease is anything involving personal hygiene, such as cutting nails, flossing teeth, or putting on makeup. You ought to be mindful of all the minor yet bothersome ways you make noise too, whether it be throat clearing, annoying laughter, or constant finger drumming. Then in the lunch room, do not put anything too big or bizarre in the fridge, and clean up after yourself. Lastly, do not be that person who never stops talking, and that goes triple for when you are in the bathroom.
