Work Less to Get More Done

Scott H. Young wants you to make the best of the time you have got. That means you have to be realistic about how much work you can accomplish. He says that when you never finish all the daily work you have scheduled no matter what you do, it means you are just trying to take on too much. Instead, use a time log to measure how long it takes you to finish the things that you can do, and learn how to shrink the amount of time you spend doing those things. You will become your most efficient self when your expectations and actual capabilities fall into sync.
