Seven Deadly Sins for New Hires

Larry Buhl relates the seven sins that differentiate the devils from the angels. Thou shalt not ignore the company culture.  Thou shalt not be arrogant, lest thou appear a jerk. Thou shalt not hide like a mouse, too meek to make connections with coworkers. Thou shalt not fail to clarify expectations. Thou shalt not refuse to admit mistakes, for thine errors are apparent to all. Thou shalt not rock the boat, as implementing change without buy-in may cause waves the likes of which shall require an ark, not a boat. Thou shalt not fail to ask for feedback; woe is thou who doeth not seek continual improvement. As it is written in the musings of Buhl, you can transfigure vice into virtue.
