Project Leadership 101: Coaching and Mentoring

How do coaching and mentoring apply to a project manager? In this video, Susanne Madsen explains how being a coach isn't about you (the coach), but how the coachee can benefit from growth–and how to best help them reach new goals. But being a coach also has it's own benefits, as you'll gain confidence and respect.

Mentoring is best used to increase networking skills, learning specific things about the business you work within, and learning more about the more experienced people within your organization.
